Anyone have an old test/exam they'd be willing to share? I have my final coming up and there aren't any practice exams available. Thanks so much!

We're using Manning casebook I believe. Exam tomorrow. Basically it sounds like: statute interpretation, agency APA questions, and deference. He told us to basically ignore all the Lockean stuff from the beginning of the semester.

Just wanted to put this out there- check out the AdminLaw CALI exercises. There are some good ones on Chevron deference, adjudication, etc.
