out of curiousity, what program do you use for flowcharts?
id like to make some but am technologically challenged

Keeping it simple with excel after I do a rough sketch by hand. Granted, if I'm feeling really adventurous, I may take it back to elementary and get a large sheet of paper and neatly draw it out...I'm never really that adventurous though

I was fortunate enough to learn in high school after having a class devoted to excel. Also, I had to make them when I worked. I'd refer to ehow.

How many profs will take points off for not including cases on your exam?

Exactly.

Include cases in your outline. Cite them on the exam. Even if you don't get explicit bonus points, your prof may subconsciously boost you. There is no good reason not to include cases.

Do you just state the rule without any support?

I just finished my 2nd week of school, so I'm still new to the process, but I assumed you had to support a rule on an exam.

I think they assume if you know the rule, you know where it came from.

Barring instructions otherwise, I don't see any reason not to cite a case that is directly on point with a hypo fact. Even if you don't have to, I doubt many professors would object.

Freemind. Can be used on any OS as far as I can tell.
