It must be nice going to a good law school...underdawg wrote:lol i skip most of my classes and do all my readings at the end of the semester
if you want biglaw, honestly this is probably a time to learn "how to work hard and still have some semblance of a life" or else if you get biglaw, you will end up dying alone

I wish I could do that.... the loans I'm taking + school policy of random attendance 3 or 4 time a semester and if you miss 80% of those you lose at class = me go to class every dayjohnnyutah wrote:TCR.underdawg wrote:lol i skip most of my classes and do all my readings at the end of the semester

I don't think underdawg would advocate doing this during 1L. It's possible to do this during 2L and perhaps recommended during 3L, provided you have an offer. In any event, even if you go to every single class and read everything when it is assigned, you'll have plenty of free time once you get the hang of it. Unless you're a total gunner or have the misfortune of signing up for a class that is taught by an errant professor who assigns graded work before the exam, there simply will not be enough work available to monopolize your time.savagedm wrote:I wish I could do that.... the loans I'm taking + school policy of random attendance 3 or 4 time a semester and if you miss 80% of those you lose at class = me go to class every dayjohnnyutah wrote:TCR.underdawg wrote:lol i skip most of my classes and do all my readings at the end of the semester
