Flowchart for negligence? I am interested in checking that out. I will make any suggestions I can! Though my class (basically) skipped over intentional torts lolswimmer11 wrote:Brospehs just finished intentional torts flowcharts if anyone is interested. Will be proceeding to negligence in a bit.

This is very true, although my Torts exam is closed book so making my own helps me better synthesize it, especially when I get to negligence.

Finished 3 starting memorizing those. Been doing practice questions with my attack outlines. Haven't touched civ pro yet. That will probably be my downfall.

I have all of September and October done for 2 of my outlines. 3rd outline I only have September done (Civ Pro), ugh. Guess I'll try to go hard on that today. When people say you're 'done' your outline, do you mean completely done, or just up to the point where you are in class? I guess I'll start taking some practice tests later this week.

Why did I ever stop looking at TLS religiously after law school began?! This is THE BEST THREAD EVER. Just read through all of it. Realized how behind I am. Fuck.
4 doctrinal + graded, curved LRW. Spending too much time on my memo, and I can't find past exams for a couple of my professors.
But I've bookmarked all of the motivational videos, and I'm going to try to knock out 90% of my memo today!

Longtime lurker checking in; decided to make an account just because of this thread.aeiouy wrote:Why did I ever stop looking at TLS religiously after law school began?! This is THE BEST THREAD EVER. Just read through all of it. Realized how behind I am. Fuck.

I'm in a similar boat. I'll be finished with the readings for two of my four classes after today, and hopefully my curved LRW work will be done tomorrow. It doesn't seem as if many folks at my school are really in preparation mode yet, but this thread is really motivating me to get on it and finish strong. In spite of, you know, zero of my professors having past exams. Lol
