Haha I'd have to agree. I worked probably about as hard as lazy did first semester, and gained the title of gunner at my school even though I've never raised my hand in class.Tiago Splitter wrote:Takes notes by hand and then manually copies them into computer even when prof. hasn't banned laptops.

Following this guide (tailored to my own school and shit) helped me kill it and get an offer. Do this.

This guide looks:
1. Very good
2. Not for the lazy
3. Not like it was created by someone with add

2. It was meant more as a comparison to the other guides here, but...fair enough. It could be lazier, I agree.
3. Thanks, again. Glad it doesn't show through.

Probably the best guide I've seen on tls. Definitely going to be reffering to this on multiple occasions throughout the year. I love how you treat LS like a full time job and respect yourself enough to take a day off

So all you guinea pigs from last year that bookmarked this thread...
Results? I hope celebrations are in order, for I also wish to partake in the (quasi)Lazy method.
edit: nvm, it is 5am and I haven't slept and I just realized I read over 2 years of responses. SUMMER BEFORE LAW SCHOOL

1. I didn't handwrite anything because my retention is just as good when I type as when I write by hand. Most of the retention happens when i'm taking practice exams anyway because I'm applying it all
2. I'd pre-game each case with just a brief overview from a brief online, but then I'd read the entire actual case and take my notes from there. I didn't much like going into reading a long case blind because I didn't want to take a long time getting my bearings in the case.
3. I'd also do extra supplement work only if I didn't understand something, and that was only after perhaps my professor was unable to get back to me right away.

Solid guide though.
Caveat: I was too lazy to do everything on the list, like read (although I used lots of supplements). I don't think that affected me as much as my burnout on over prepping for my first exam and leading to my under prepping on the remaining ones.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
