I feel like if I had finals tomorrow I would be last in class. I mostly have no idea what is going on in either Civ or Crim Pro.

Had a major brief fail today (due to letting my laptop power run out while doing a fruitless bluebook search). Lost three hours worth of good work .

+1. But I actually DO have finals starting in 1 week. Really should've paid attention in Con Law, Property and Evidence this quarter, instead of shopping on GiltMan.

Got an A- in LRW last semester and fully expect a C- this semester after the god awful brief I handed in.

My LRW is curved high, so pretty much everyone does well. But I really want to get an A. Brief is worth 50% of grade (I think), so I have my fingers crossed. The high curve for LRW at my school is a blessing and a curse. Sure, it makes it so you are very likely to end up with a good grade, but it also makes it much harder to distinguish yourself because the absolute best students in the class only get one grade higher than the majority of students. And of course that last notch up is the hardest to get.
