lawl at the idea that we'll actually get them today. I've stocked up on booze and am prepared for the long wait.
I want them tomorrow. Because I want to be able to go to the CLF auction and then bar review to drink without having to stop to check for grades.

Apparently grades come out next Friday. Bad news is I have to wait another week and a half, but the very good news is they are all released at the same time.

Agreed. I need a solid 24 hours for weeping after grades come out, so tomorrow before late afternoon would be great.

That's the dream. I want Wednesday > Friday > Thursday. Because if it's not Thursday, I can just drink in preparation.

Nice. Still waiting here. Apparently some 2L and 3L grades have started to trickle in, but nothing for 1Ls yet. I guess maybe they want us to get all of them at the same time?

Last grade in. YAY
A, A, A-, A-, B+
My school doesn't rank until after 2nd semester. Trying to get the grade/rank cutoff from last semester so I can use the TLS calculator. I emailed the registrar for a datapoint because I can't find anything elsewhere. My school curves high, so I'm guessing this will put me around the top 10-20% depending on some factors.
Thrilled.

Let me know what you hear on that front. I've been too lazy to send off that e-mail myself. CDO's website says the top 1/3 cut-off is publicly available but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Will do. I found the same quote, but I also couldn't find a number. NALP doesn't have anything useful either, probably at least in part because they bumped up the median last year.
Edit: and thanks NYC LAW. Saw you did fantastic as well. Well done sir.

Got an email saying two of our three grades will be posted in the early afternoon, then the third one tomorrow. Commence freak out.
Also got our memo. Thoroughly median. Boo. I feel like I'll do better with the briefs though.

5 more days...
Had 2 different dreams about grades yesterday:
In the first, I got an A, B, B-, and D. In the other, I got 3 A-s, and an A+. Apparently my brain can't decide whether it thinks it aced finals or completely bombed them.

Just saw you posted in the Penn thread about Wolff visiting your school. If you still need stuff send me a pm. I had Wolff for civ pro last semester so I have quite a few things for his class.

How late in the afternoon does it have to be for it to not be "early afternoon" anymore?
I really need to stop refreshing gmail and get some work done.

Ugh. Nevermind. They're up. Median, median, median. Property needs to save my sorry ass. Looks like I have some gunning to do this semester.

Sorry to hear that. I'm just not checking until Property goes up tomorrow. It's like ripping a Band-Aid off - do it all at once and it'll be easier to bear.
I fully expect median or below median though, and I'm still trying to resign myself to the inevitable. It's hard. Part of me is completely in denial.
