Copyright is Tuesday morning, PR on Thursday afternoon. Then done. Phew. I'm going to have to learn everything about PR in 24 hours though because I don't think I learned anything all semester.traehekat wrote:pretzel, how many days you got to take the last 2?

My wife said I need to eat healthy to be able to stay motivated.

I've been told multiple times that eating a variety of colors is a good way to get all the vitamins and minerals you need. Looking good, man.

Its energy PLUS hydration....what more do you need? looks like all the essentials to me, the gummies are just your well deserved treat for drinking such a complete and balanced beverage.

That schedule is almost identical to mine, except replace Copyright with Secured Transactions. I also have to learn all of PR in like a day and a half, and I'm POSITIVE I didn't learn anything all semester. The only saving grace is that it is a take home exam with no time limit, I just have to finish it by Thursday evening. More of an intense homework assignment than an exam, really.Pretzel_Logic wrote:Copyright is Tuesday morning, PR on Thursday afternoon. Then done. Phew. Also, finished Family Law take home. Once again my brain isn't functioning, but at least I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel of this god-awful year.

Yeah, I have a whole TWO and a half days to study for that one. Luckily it's not curved and I've heard basically everyone gets an A-, but I've got a bit of catching up to do so... shit's gunna suck.keg411 wrote:Fuck secured transactions.

On the one hand, I pay <500 a month for rent, and my living expenses are, in general, very reasonable. OTOH, gentlemen's A-.keg411 wrote:Once again.... I'm assuming you get to take your statute book at least. If you have that thing tabbed all to hell that's really all you need. The UCC is apparently my friend based on my exam performances, though, so I realize most people hate the UCC with all their lives. Mine was also open book so I made a super complete outline. Nothing helps like practice problems, though (not necessarily exams, even, just like...E&E problems).

Re: 2L. No motivation
nice, thanks. yeah it's open book, open note, etc. the whole course has been problem based, we learn everything through hypotheticals, almost no cases. everything in the course seems pretty straightforward, it's just a matter of knowing the UCC and having a "map" or "plan of attack" so to speak for common types of problems. I have a ton of notes based on the problems/PowerPoints and an outline from last semester, so I think I should be fine.Pretzel_Logic wrote:I'm assuming you get to take your statute book at least. how'd you like the e&e? did you read "mastering secured transactions?" (heard it was pretty good, have read a little, seems a little basic)

Re: 2L. No motivation
I actually didn't use any supplements for that one. I think I scanned the Gilberts the night before to make sure I didn't miss anything. My prof was an adjunct who does secured for a living, though, and he did a really good job bringing it all into real life...sounds like you were taught mostly the same way I was, and that's what I credit for doing as well as I did.
Consequently I do not recommend the "supplements are dumb" rampage I went on last semester, I'm going to partially blame my not very awesome grades last semester on that. Never again.

It would be nearly impossible for me to care any less about my professional responsibility exam tomorrow. If I cared any less, I wouldn't show up.

I would kill for that < 500 a month rent and reasonable living expenses. I also would have gladly accepted a gentlemen's A- in admin last semester.dailygrind wrote:On the one hand, I pay <500 a month for rent, and my living expenses are, in general, very reasonable. OTOH, gentlemen's A-.
