3L here blissfully out of the loop. I want details.

EDUCATE ME ON THE GOINGS ON

Many small things that just have added up over time:

Fake outlines
Study groups with (laughably unenforceable) NDAs
Any classic insufferable gunner class behaviour has come up at least once
One of our professors used supplement questions for his OPEN BOOK exam (supp included model answers)
Another prof re-used his (unreleased) 2013 exam verbatim for us
And rumor has it that C is an LSAT-stacked section bc mucho splitters together

I think that's most of it

This was all first semester, fwiw.

And yes, Birdinals, from what I have heard (grain of salt, etc) both one and two happened. And on top of that, they were working on it together in public. Like how fucking dumb can you be (if true).

It is also possible that a second group got caught on a different takehome, but based on the lack of details, I am less inclined to believe it.

No there was a second group. There was a section D group that got caught on the con law take home, and a section E group on the property take home.

Anyone care to make a friendly wager? I say both go unpunished.

Yea, the property group was the second one that I hadn't heard much about.

If they were legitimately cheating on exams, they probably have to do something. Isn't the process student run/with student input anyway?

Last semester's mess was a little different bc it involved alleged wrongdoing by profs, not students though.

I think nothing will happen with the property exam, but I definitely think something will happen with the con law exam, considering it seems like there is more substance to the allegations this go around.

2.at our initial informational meeting for write on, you had to sign the sign in sheet proving you were there, otherwise you would supposedly not be able to participate in write on. Someone (if your a WUSTL 1L, you know who) kept the sign on sheet so no one would be able to sign it and, in theory, not be able to participate in write on.
