If anyone has any sort of policy outline or flowchart or some shit for Torts, please let me know. I have a guaranteed policy question in that class and I need some policy insight.

Also, 1 month to go my brothers and sisters!!! Kick it into high gear, now is not the time to sit back. Every day that goes by is a day closer to the big day!
Are you looking for an outline for policy on strict liability? My professor is basically all policy when it comes to strict. There is probably no way you could get an A in my class without bringing up deterrence/discrete activities/quantity location/or cost and risk administration.

I'll stick with this one as I'm painfully memorizing my civ pro outline.
Have you seen the SMU Law Revue version of the song? Even better :) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fLbzBhGF ... re=related

Team, my outlines are done. Fuck yeah. My semester was extended by a week so I have 30 days to prepare for the final exams.

See me, baby, see me. You see the look in my eye, you know what's up. I'm on my fucking grind. I'll do those 14 hour days like it's nothing.

"Why? How? What's your secret?" I have a fucking piece of cake hanging on my wall.

Image

And I'm lactose intolerant. That's right, I want something they told me I can't have. I don't want a piece, baby. I want the whole fucking cake.

I fucked up the LSAT the first time, I did not go to an Ivy League UG, I'm not a law school "genius." I will tell you this though: There are rules to this game. And I know these rules. And I'mma master them.

Then I'mma eat my fucking cake.

I'm also interested in a quality crim law checklist (especially one applicable to Dressler's CB)
What is a checklist? I want one.

Yes, brother. I've heard it's more valuable than GTM AND LEEWS combined.

I plan to look something like this:

I'd really love any checklist and/or Dressler crim outline

Wrote just over 1400 words on a 45 minute practice exam today. So at least I can write pretty quick if I need to, I guess. Shame it was (probably) mostly crap LOL.

Good stuff. It's alright if it was entirely crap as long as you learn and improve. Keep it up!

LRW a total time sink for anyone else? LRW for us is 3 credits, graded and curved. All I want to do is outline for other classes but this memo is worth 50% of our grade

To me LRW seems like it's worth the focus because I [seemingly] have the most control over my final grade.

It was for me...when is it due?
Day before Thanksgiving. It will be nice that we will basically be done with that class once we hand that in, but I also need to finish my outlines

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
