Does anyone have a helpful guide to R18 of the Bluebook? It is not making any sense to me at all.

I'm using the Bluebook exercises as a way to take a break from writing. It's actually kind of nice way to get some distance from my draft.

Of course. Moot court is not on the same level as law review
Explain.
Once upon a time, there was a magical kingdom where everybody settled out of court and arguing in front of a judge and jury was a quaint but obsolete skill. The end.

Like others have said, the fact that you even completed it is an accomplishment itself. You probably did better than you think you did.

I'm out of town and took yesterday off to go frolic in the Sun with my family but now I'm at Starbucks outlining my response. Hopefully I can get a few solid pages of the draft down today.

I'm not sure I've ever hated anything as much as I hate extra work, after finals, the reward for which is additional work.

Is law review write on success really determined by pouring every last available second into the paper? Lots of the posts ITT seem to say more time = more win, but I don't feel that way. Am I just fooling myself?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
