So, I am quite behind in outlining. 4 finals, halfway through my second outline. I have a take home, so I have two times I can take it: before the rest of my finals, or after. If I do it before, I feel as though I may be rushing things (cutting down on days i could be studying to study for it/take it). But, if I take it after I'll be pissed that all my friends are having fun and I'll be tempted to join, ect. Thoughts?

Take it at the end and quarantine yourself from your friends if you don't have a job yet. If you do, do whatever you want.

Current law under Brandenburg:

Speech is protected UNLESS:
1. Directed to inciting or producing
2. Imminent and lawless action; AND
3. Likely to incite or produce such action

I also have an outline that goes through all of the history of clear & present danger, etc., if you're interested.

You'll be done soon at least. Mine don't start until the 12th, and I'm done the 23rd.

I'm unemployed. But, the fact that I'm going for public interest makes me think grades aren't super important. I'd still hate to fuck up my class rank though. Possible settling: take it later, but, still go out with my friends the night they are all done.

I would love a con law II outline! I've been working on mine, but, since my casebook is almost all note cases, I think I'm getting bogged down in putting each one and loosing sight of the important.

edit: If you could PM it to me, that would be fantastic.

Exams Dec. 5, 6, and 16. Not really gonna worry about the last one until the first two are done.

So it's a First Amendment outline and not a Con Law II outline, but of anyone wants it just pm me an email address. If you do a lot of free speech stuff it may be helpful, it's very detailed.

I spent all of T&E looking up cooking classes I plan on taking during break.

Is it possible to be burned out without ever having actually done any work :?

Ugh, of course my computer charger broke, so, I now have to waste valuable outlining time going to get a new one. Boo.
