Fuck. People who are slacking are much more likely to be talking. It hurts. My hopes - dashed; my dreams - down the toilet.
I'm drinking for the third night in a row. So there's some serious slacking going on close to home if that makes you feel any better.
I like your style.

Last exam Thursday. I just "studied" for 30 minutes then I stopped. Getting drunk all day/night tomorrow.

i guess the rules are pretty straightforward, but the application of them can get pretty creative/intellectual, and that is likely what separates people on exams.

Went to GW library for the first time ever. Turns out they don't allow FourLoko. Never going back.

It really depends on your prof. I took it last semester and it was a nightmare; by far the most difficult course (and exam) I'd ever taken. Our professor wouldn't even discuss the rules, because they were so "obvious," and instead spent almost all of our class time on theory.

Also, keep in mind who will be taking this class. It will be those who want to clerk. I didn't realize until halfway through the semester that over 1/2 the folks in my class were law review. So, that curve is going to be a little more difficult.

I was surprised at the amount of work and the difficulty. That said, if you take it T let me know and I'll send you my outline. I wouldn't take it again if I could go back.

You gotta pour it in a nondescript bottle. Luckily, my spot in the library is secluded so I bust out my booze and drink it the way it's meant to be dranked, open and notoriously.

That's surprising. It's a scientific fact that Four Loko gets the creative juices flowing and promotes intellectual thought.

In 3 days I need to write:
[*]A 20+ page memo (with a partner)
[*]A 7 page article
[*]An evidentiary trial motion.

And study for exams this week. Bring on the caffeine.

Especially the original formula. I miss that stuff. Side note: is it even possible to get it anywhere anymore?

Put it in your bag and find one of those hidden spots in the library. Nobody will ever know.

so, im looking at old exams and model answers for my prof... and i still dont get what is so hard about admin. you just try to make an argument for every way you could possibly challenge an agency action! the analysis in this answer isn't even very impressive.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
