Im done studying for tomorrow..I think. I did all the practice questions, and went over all of the answers. I know this stuff pretty well (Ks), but I still feel like I should be doing something. Im scared that this confidence is a bad thing.

I just can't bring myself to stop studying. I feel like there's something that I'm missing, but I have no clue what it is (at least until it blindsides me on the test).

finished first exam... not near enough time to hit all the issues proper. I ended up spending a little more time on the important stuff, then typing as fast as i could to hit all the other issue... ended up half-ass addressing them.

You will be shocked by how little you use your outline. My property outline was rock solid at 25 pages, and a few of my friends' were over 60. I guarantee you the added length did not help them, and if they did better than me on the exam, it had nothing to do with the length of their outline. I barely even looked at mine, and when I did, it was just as a safety net.

I think I tried to read my contracts mid-term and i couldn't, I am very thankful for this feature right now, because it's bad enough just imagining what issues I missed, would be even worse if I could sit there and re-analyze it

All of my attack outlines have civ pro boiled down to 1 page for each subject we covered (2 for personal jurisdiction)

That's exactly what I did.

Headers on each page - one page was labeled "Stating the Claim", then "Answering the Claim".

Everything was really easily accessible during the exam.

This. Outlines are mostly for studying purposes, imo. If you're looking through your outline for every question you're going to have some serious time issues.

Done with civ pro and crim forever! OK I actually kind of liked crim, but that was more because of the prof and some of the ridiculous discussions we had in class than the subject matter itself.

i had an exam question today with names of Shakespeare characters. it took me back! man, my english major days when i only had to read lit . . . those were the days!

Almost positive that 2/3 of our questions dealt with rape and sexual battery because of our in-class discussions.
