Hello,
Taking a Federal Securities Regulation course. Couldn't find any supplements and was wondering if anyone could help. I love Emmanuels but I did not see any on this subject. The E&E is 4 years old, and normally wouldn't be bad. However, the 2012 Jobs Act changed Sec Reg and therefore isn't a good source.
Anyone got any advice?
Thanks

Re: Securities Regulation Supplements
Do you know your prof is teaching the JOBS Act? When I took sec reg in 2013, the prof basically gave us a few handouts on the Act and said not to worry much about it for the exam because it's so new, lacks full implementation, and doesn't fundamentally change everything (just mainly carves out special rules for EGCs). If you really need supplements for it, Google it and you'll find that plenty of biglaw firms have published short primers for their clients.
Otherwise, E&E will be helpful, and I found James Cox's audio CDs quite useful as well.

Teacher specifically said we will be going over the jobs act in detail.
