750 a month for a 2 bedroom in a good location is extremely unlikely.
Good luck though!

I was thinking the same. My last year UG at UVA I had an efficiency-- they are now renting for over $700. That place was small. Granted it was ON the corner, but still.2014 wrote:750 a month for a 2 bedroom in a good location is extremely unlikely.

the jeffersonian is about $775/month unfurnished for a 2 bedroom 795 sq ft aptment in a really nice location (.2 miles from the law school, and real close to the mall). it isn't the most spacious living arrangement i've ever seen, but for the price and location it's hard to beat.2014 wrote:750 a month for a 2 bedroom in a good location is extremely unlikely.

it fills up fast though, you're gonna want to get an application in soon as applications are available.

That's a straight steal, I can see why it fills up.dailygrind wrote:the jeffersonian is about $775/month unfurnished for a 2 bedroom 795 sq ft aptment in a really nice location (.2 miles from the law school, and real close to the mall). it isn't the most spacious living arrangement i've ever seen, but for the price and location it's hard to beat.2014 wrote:750 a month for a 2 bedroom in a good location is extremely unlikely.

Pretty much all I saw when I was looking last summer for this year was 400-500/person, with nice options hitting as high as 600+/person WITH roommates. and this was in UG targeted housing which you would think is more abundant and therefore cheaper.

+1 . I was starting to think I'd be the only one without a spouse/fiance. I won't have a gf either because my gf won't be able to come to Charlottesville until our 2L.

I imagine you guys are closer to being the rule rather than the exception. I wouldn't worry about it.pjo wrote:LSU Undergrad wrote:This marriage talk is making me feel A. Young to be heading to law school B. Old to have classmates who are married

Ya I realize the married students are not the norm, it just seemed like a bunch of people in this thread were talking about their marriage.
I just turned 21 this week, so I figure I have some time.
Can I feel left out being single?

In fact, the only downside to choosing to come back to UVA is a plethora of ex-boyfriends still lingering in Cville. Sigh.

Im so glad to have a very steady relationship going in, dating can be SUCH a distraction. like huge lolarism87 wrote:Hey it's not just me after all!!LSU Undergrad wrote:Ya I realize the married students are not the norm, it just seemed like a bunch of people in this thread were talking about their marriage.

Basically TLS says I can't talk to a boy for three years. This should be fun.

haha this has been such a tragic season for the t-sips. To be fair though LSU, your coach eats grass and likely engages in acts involving voodoo. That is sort of embarrassing in a different way.LSU Undergrad wrote:With Garrett Gilbert?jt1341 wrote:Im so glad to have a very steady relationship going in, dating can be SUCH a distraction. like huge lolarism87 wrote:Hey it's not just me after all!!LSU Undergrad wrote:Ya I realize the married students are not the norm, it just seemed like a bunch of people in this thread were talking about their marriage.

Re: UVA Class of 2014
Please. TLS acts as if law students should be "cloistered clerics". BS. There are a number of long-distance relationships and much less distance relationships between folks....it doesn't seem to matter too much really.arism87 wrote:Basically TLS says I can't talk to a boy for three years. At least, not until November.

Are you fucking serious? You have your profile set to PUBLIC. People dumb enough to do that deserve to have all their shit read. I was off Facebook for over a year because it's pretty much a waste of time, but just started it up again to check out who my classmates are.
