Because of this I am now going to be awkwardly staring at students' name tags at dinner to try to decipher their hidden meaning. So if you want to figure out who I am, that'll be me.

Just for that I'm wearing my name tag on my thigh like a high schooler (did anyone else do that in high school?)

I have a small bladder, so no drinking for me. My mom offered to mail me some of her Xanax, but I thought that maybe that was not the best idea. I am taking some Benadryl and hoping that it will help me fall asleep. I freaked out when I printed my boarding pass and saw that they smushed my first and middle name together without a space. I hope I do not get some crazy TSA agent who says that it is not me.

They never really addressed this in the comprehensive preview email... we have to share rooms, right?

Ahhh less than 24 hours

I hope you guys make it out to bar night tomorrow and the Student/Faculty Basketball game and Phil House party on Friday night. It's gonna be a blast, you'll really get to see what current students are like outside of the semi-formal ASW setting. (hint: they're awesome)

Sorry for the double-posting, but HARRY POTTER WORLD is AWESOME!!!

I wish I could use the anonymous function for what I'm about to say...

I contemplated bringing my HP wand (purchased at Ollivander's) to ASW. I have almost convinced myself that Michigan Law = HSWW. Alas, I have decided not to bring my wand. But when I bought it, I justified the price tag by telling myself that it was Hermione's wand and so it would bring me luck in law school.

Dulc, you can also buy sneakascopes, rememberalls, time-turners, the Book of Monsters (now my dog's favorite plush toy), and chocolate frogs. Be sure to get there EARLY! So jealous.

I have to say, just apropos of nothing that Dean Z is one of the most genuine people I've spoken to in this entire admissions process.

She definitely makes me feel like she cares about me as more than just applicant #4395. And that's not to say the people from other schools haven't ,just that she's great. Not sucking up, just really impressed.

Definitely making my decisions harder.

I'm gambling on the fact that the weather isn't supposed to get bad until later in the morning and my flight leaves early-ish from Chicago. Please please please don't let me get stuck at O'Hare again. Ugh.
