I'm sorry man. If i get a WL/reject from UVA and don't hit on Cornell/Gtown I'll probably be in the same boat.broker02 wrote:Looks like I won't be going to law school this cycle if I get rejected by UVA right out of the gate.
Probably will be retaking in February and getting a job/staying around another semester at UG.
Yeah, I just don't feel like writing a new PS and getting different LoR's so my app looks different next cycle. I have apps out at Berkeley and Harvard (I have less than 0% chance at each if I got WL'ed UVA ED) so I'll ride those out. But I'm fully expecting to wait another year and get my 170.RicketyCricket wrote:I'm sorry man. If you do reapply next year, do you have to get new LORs?broker02 wrote:Yeah, I just don't feel like writing a new PS and getting different LoR's so my app looks different next cycle. This will be a good test, your GPA is above median but not above the 75%. Your ED right?masterthearts wrote:much higher gpa here, lower lsat
3.87 (ivy), 163 lsat.
wish me luck..maybe we balance each other out
ED, yes. So is that a bad sign if my gpa is above the median, but not above the 75?. My lsat is low for uva, but just learned that 1/2 the students from my ivy undergrad get in if they have received a fee waiver.......................yes, and I got one!jt1341 wrote:This will be a good test, your GPA is above median but not above the 75%. Everyone gets fee waivers for UVA, doesn't mean anything.masterthearts wrote:ED, yes. So is that a bad sign if my gpa is above the median, but not above the 75?. People with both high and low scores get fee waivers. its no indication that you will be accepted.masterthearts wrote:ED, yes.
