Advanced apologies if this has already been discussed (I mean, what hasn't been talked about in this thread), but does anyone know which bank is the easiest for UoC students to use? I remember seeing a citibank on UofC campus, is that the generally accepted go to?

I saw a ton of 5/3rd banks around, as well as a Chase in a shopping center kind of near Regents. And there's a BoA ATM in a CVS near there I think?

I'm keeping my Chase account, but Citi def sounds nice.

So for people who have gotten the ebill stuff, is the "balance" amount the amount that we get for living expenses?

Get an account from Ally Bank, an online bank. They reimburse all ATM fees so you can use any ATM. They also pay interest on checking and offer good interest rates.

Only downside - you can't deposit cash.

any money left (the balance) is refunded from the University to you directly -- and that is for the rest of your expenses during the quarter.
