Man, everybody's always so much more advanced than I am. I'm probably not going to be able to move in until the 11th or 12 of Sept.

I'm moving in early only because the lady is starting her job in August. Although one week before orientation does seem like its cutting it a little close, unless you don't actually have any possessions your bringing with you. It'll be nice to get settled in a bit and actually have a place to call home before 1L starts and we won't have time to do anything until mid December.JFo wrote:Man, everybody's always so much more advanced than I am. Re: Chicago Class of 2014
I'd like to move in earlier, but alas, need to keep working at my job so I can afford to move and take my possessions. I'm a pretty fast mover though (Done it every year for 4 years now), so I'm not too worried. The only thing that concerns me is getting used to the bus system, but you all will be well versed by then, so you can help me...right?duckmoney wrote:I'm moving in early only because the lady is starting her job in August. I also really want to go to an annual event in my town over the first weekend in September, since it's the last time I'll be able to do so for awhile.

Re: Chicago Class of 2014
I was gunning for a Sept. 1st move-in but it's not looking likely to happen until after the 7th, and I'm pretty bummed about it. If I could have it my way I'd be moving in now and taking the rest of the summer to get fully acquainted with the area so by mid-September I'm ready to buckle down. But it's out of my control so it looks like I'll be accelerating the move process when it's finally time.

So who all is living in Regents? Or, from what it sounds like the better question is, who is NOT?
I'll start: I AM!

It's all your fault, Muni. Also, I might be leaving as well:

You don't need to tell me that I'm good at repelling women. I learned that one the hard way a long time ago.Xifeng wrote:It's all your fault, Muni. Also, I might be leaving as well:

Now THIS is what this thread should look like, except for the attrition.
I've got my pictures taken, but there is as yet no consensus regarding which is the most Menagerie. I feel like picking a photo is more stressful than deciding where to go.
