How are those living in Regents going about finding roomates other than posting on TLS? Is there a list somewhere with information on people needing roomates? Thanks

Join the 2014 facebook group. There are a bunch of people looking for roommates there. Has anyone lived in, or been to, Blackstone Villa (located at 5514 S. Blackstone Ave.)? Any idea how the neighborhood is? And how is the walk to the law school (especially through the winter months)? It's campus owned, and they're asking for about $850 a month. Thoughts?
