It has varied among us between 3-5. most of us don't think it matters.

Makes sense. Time for alpha to start trolling outside of culinary schools for menfolk with dogs. I feel the same way about laundry and anything involving decorating or making things look "nice".

Same here! I kinda enjoy folding clean laundry... And I can't stand it when dishes pile up in the sink and so I always have to do mine immediately even though dirty dishes gross me out.

That dog looks JUST LIKE my dog. I've been sent that video soooo many times.

I had an ex-moocher/houseguest who loved doing laundry. Problem was, whenever she did my laundry (and she wouldn't ask beforehand, just do it), I had weird stains and rips. So angry.

I actually really enjoy cleaning bathrooms. I think it's because it's a once/week job and you get to make things shine. I also like grocery shopping and walking dogs.

I hate: Dishes, picking up papers/books/clothes.

Wow, what a quiet couple of days...

Since there has been some talk of knitting, I thought some of you might be interested to hear that the University of Chicago Hospital has the largest neo-natal intensive care unit in the midwest, and they are interested in having people knit hats for the preemies (and also for chemo patients).

Preemie hats are a really quick and relaxing project for experienced knitters, and a great way to get into knitting with a quick and easy project if you are interested in learning. I made my first one today and it was really fun!

Thanks! I'll be happy to teach anyone who wants to learn how to knit and/or how to knit a hat. It's so much fun and so much easier than non-knitters often think... in the last couple hours since I posted, I started and finished another one.

Well, I have never knit a dog sweater, but my mom has knit these two for our dog


I think it wouldn't be much different than making a human sweater... you would still do some shaping and seaming, just in different places.
