Yikes! Me too. If I'm wrong, I think I'll be in more trouble than you... I think I'm right though. I have an old M of this kind of AA shirt, and it's definitely too small, but it's not incredibly too small.

I am generally very lazy when it comes to things like decorating, getting clothes, cooking, etc. The following is a list of things I may want to commission or barter for from various ladies in this thread while at Chicago.

-Scarves, sweaters, and other knit items
-Certain types of ethnic cooking
-Certain baked goods
-Apartment decorating and designing

I was going to say something playfully crude like, "Sexual favors. Just kidding ....but seriously."

But we could negotiate an exchange based on whatever skillz I can offer. I will also possess a car...

I really like to barter the ethnic cooking... I can teach you where to buy the ingredients and I'll cook them for you. My specialty is Thai, but I also make kick ass comfort food.
Also, baked goods are a possibility.
Knit items = possible, but good luck finding someone who doesn't really love you who will be willing to make you a sweater.

Tee hee hee. Hee hee. Hee.

I would like to take this time to offer hem and tailoring services for barter to my classmates. I accept car rides, wine, and petsitting. I also do custom costumes/dresses/where the wild things are hoodies/onesies.

HAHAHAHAHAHA. That was great. Also, even though I love you, I still probably wouldn't knit a sweater for you...I am sure you could buy much better ones in stores. Now, baked goods I might actually be able to do, depending on finding the appropriate packaging. Unfortunately, I don't think the ethnic food will travel well.

And "Ghost," I will be there in electronic spirit...probably more than you might want!

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a female roommate. I prefer Regents but I'm not strongly opposed to other places. I like Regents because I haven't done much research on other options and Regents seems like a convenient and solid choice. But if you've already looked into another place, are completely set on it, and are looking for a female roommate, let me know.

I'm coming straight from undergrad. I'm a laid back and easygoing person. I'm clean, considerate, and respectful. I plan on working hard during the week with the exception of my evenings when I plan to take a few hours to decompress by either exercising, watching TV, or reading. During the weekend, I plan on studying half the day and taking the rest of my time off (unless of course briefs are due, we're in finals, or I simply have a lot of work to get done). I prefer not to live with a pet. I'm a non smoker and I really only drink socially.

PM me if you're interested in being roommates.

How do you feel about teaching me to competently use my sewing machine? Sewing is my biggest weakness among the old fashioned life skills.

I like that this thread is devolving into a pre-industrial, pre-currency economy in which we barter hand-made goods and services. Soon some clever person here will reinvent the loom, and after that the steam engine.

All of that plus craigslist ads.
