Every chat I'm so tempted to...I usually end up typing things in and then thinking "no there are important people here" and deleting what I was going to say. Maybe one day....Kili wrote:Personally, I'd recommend storing it in your locker, then toasting or nuking it in a microwave, AND then putting it in the refrigerator...Sentry wrote:So I can bring my lunch and put it in a REFRIGERATOR??????
Sometimes I think it would be hilarious if one of the students trolled the chats. haha

Lol, I too have thought about doing a little of subtle trolling, mostly by making strange Star Wars references and possibly forming them into real questions. E.g., Dean, what percentage of Chicago students would you say support the Sith? Is Chicago a trap?Kili wrote:Lmao, I think I would die laughing. There are just so many opportunities with the bizarre questions that get asked.Sentry wrote:Every chat I'm so tempted to...I usually end up typing things in and then thinking "no there are important people here" and deleting what I was going to say. Also at one point at least she used the word rigor, and I started laughing and really wanted to repeat it elongated and in all CAPS.

We should go in there with obscure references that only we would understand. Like after every question we ask we end it with: RIGOOOOR. On a more serious note, how legit is that thing about students transferring out?

I love Chicago (the city) (which I've never been to, it's totally rational..)
but I'm a little scared of Chicago (the school)

Why that more so than H or S? You have come across pretty economic/business-oriented when I see you post though. Then again I thought I heard you say something about the environment.tkgrrett wrote:Im really regretting not tailoring my app specifically to UChicago.. I want this city/school.

Re: Chicago Class of 2014
oh, not more so.. I mean so I could be more competitive for the Rubenstein. I would take rubenstein over H(and likely over S as well). I would really rather end up in Chicago or out west than NYC. That makes Chicago really attractive.Non-Chalant1 wrote:Why that more so than H or S? You have come across pretty economic/business-oriented when I see you post though.
