ETA: There's really no need for two simultaneous conversations by the same people about the same thing, except in different topics.
PS ETA: Maaaaan all you guys are young.

Don't remember. Probably the one about government reaction to 9/11. I don't remember the clothing. Well, I remember one article of clothing that one person was wearing, but let's not go there. (Unless you want to venture a guess.)bistduverrueckt wrote:delusional wrote:Top right side of the lecture room?bistduverrueckt wrote:That could POSSIBLY have been me? Don't know when you graduated, but I found one 04 and I was one of the only 08s that I saw at the whole thing.delusional wrote:Top right side of the lecture room?bistduverrueckt wrote:That could POSSIBLY have been me? Ooo i was gone by that time... and you MAY actually be referring to my hoodie (which is only because i'm getting my coat's zipper replaced and i thought it would be poor form to wear an NYU hoodie to a cls event)delusional wrote: Don't remember. I dunno, I was '07 but I graduated old, and everyone seemed to be waaay younger. I sat next to a Harvard '11 grad (very intimidating) and encountered a bunch of people from UCLA who seemed to still be in school there, considering the passion with which they were discussing that asian library girl. (If you're out there, guys, hey! I'm the awkward guy who was sitting next to you!)LinzerTorte wrote:Don't know when you graduated, but I found one 04 and I was one of the only 08s that I saw at the whole thing.delusional wrote:Top right side of the lecture room?bistduverrueckt wrote:That could POSSIBLY have been me? I mostly saw 09s, which made me generally pretty happy about a good balance between young and old.delusional wrote:I dunno, I was '07 but I graduated old, and everyone seemed to be waaay younger. My professor (Burnett, Chinese Exclusion Acts) was definitely dialing it up to 11 for the occasion, but I was pretty entertained.bistduverrueckt wrote:So what did you guys think of your mock classes?

I heard from current students that she was always that energized. They all seemed to like her though. I did the Penobscot Housing Authority case. My professor was pretty energized and very engaging, didn't cold call though.LinzerTorte wrote:My professor (Burnett, Chinese Exclusion Acts) was definitely dialing it up to 11 for the occasion, but I was pretty entertained.bistduverrueckt wrote:So what did you guys think of your mock classes?

No, there was a 2L to my right and a (woman) career officer next to her. I don't think there was another girl... Oh, hey! red shirt, short sleeves, blond hair... I thought you were with those guys!mcweanis wrote:hey! i was the girl sitting across from you making horrified faces at the douchiness of the ucla guys.I dunno, I was '07 but I graduated old, and everyone seemed to be waaay younger. Re: Columbia Law Class of 2014
i thought our prof (dubler) seemed pretty cool but the whole theme of the class was waaay simplistic and dumbed down even for a 0L. like, WHOA, its hard to legally define a family! shocking!bistduverrueckt wrote:I heard from current students that she was always that energized.
