Lol. My old college roommate lives in China now and actually wore that for Halloween (or something similar). He said it was quite a hit with the ladies. Translation: yes, I'll be the one in that.

Unless you're Deuce, then not doing your homework is standard.

Dogs scratch wood floors. I don't know if there's anything you can do to stop it, but I get where they're coming from.

I think this would persuade them to let it go.

Gonna hire Dany to be my HP realtor. I am too lazy to find good deal in the area, so it's up to her to find me the perfect place. Prz?

O.o Expensive apartment is expensive...but that's probably my Southern Suburbia price point talking. We pay about $0.50/square foot.
I'm trying to pay about $1.75/square foot or less in Chicago. I've given up on having a washer/dryer in the apt...

if you factor in that you get free parking/heat/gas/gym...it kind of works out. But yes, it is expensive (coming from Phoenix where my apt is about 1000 sqft, has w/d, includes everything and is beautiful for $699). I think I will look here though because w/d in unit is very important to me, and I of course have a car which is going to run me over $150 at many places. I don't know though. I've never paid that much for an apartment before.
