I have no idea - it might be automatic, but this was, like, 2 years ago for me. Wear something nice - a skirt and blouse if you're a woman, khakis/dress pants and a button down if you're a man. Jeans and a nice top is also passable, honestly. Just don't wear a suit, or even touch business casual.
