This is also my question. It says the leases are supposed to come out 'early May' (which is now). But I haven't heard anything yet.

I'll be in Ann Arbor this weekend if anyone else will be around. It looks like it is supposed to rain all weekend though and I wouldn't suspect it is a very drivable place
