I sent mine in a LONG time ago, probably Jan-early Feb. I was admitted in December, though.

I'm having such a tough time finding a decent apartment that isn't priced like NYC housing. Anyone care to give advice/help?

Call Patina. If your files complete, I'm sure she'll email you the award.
Edit: Spelling error

I got my financial aid today. Does anybody know how willing Cornell is to increase your offer through negotiation?

A few of them you might want to take the bus in, but you have unlimited use of the bus system your first year.

Know of any dog friendly ones? I found one, but they seem far fewer.
Also, anyone know when orientation starts?

I know a few law students live there, and I know they allow dogs. It's about a 12-15 minute walk from the law school (I walk by it every day on my walk to the law school). I have no idea whether they have any units available, though.
Orientation starts August 22nd. You can get next year's academic calendar here:

Should we start a list of TLS members who will be in Ithaca this fall? Or is this something that should wait until after April 15th?

There's a 75% chance I'll be there. Though, to be fair, I'm also the most indecisive human being on the planet.

Emailed Cornell to check on the status of my financial aid consideration (was missing a form) and they said they were working on it. Here's hoping!
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
