Is everyone in here doing the ASW or just a Day in the Life? Because I might do the latter instead.
Damn, can't get a break!

Did I just screw up again?

Re: Chicago Class of 2014
My gf found a deal on travelocity so I'm staying at The Inn of Chicago (downtown - 3 stars, and reviews are decent) and it was pretty cheap (certainly much cheaper than the "discounted" Hilton) when I booked flight and hotel together, and they also gave an additional discount for using Amex.Sentry wrote:Hotel asw people, where arr you staying?
But the deal is also flying me out on Spirit Airlines. The airline that charges you for your carry on bags, to pick a seat in advance (not just better seats, all seats), and from what I've heard, flies sometimes with a propeller plane.

Me and my girlfriend are staying at Whitehall. Its 4 stars and $99 a night. Its a little far from the campus, but it's within walking distance to the bus that can get me to Regents, where I can catch another bus that can get me to U of C.

OK. I'm probably going to be somewhere downtown. The "discount" Hilton is way too expensive.

Is anybody staying in a hotel and leaving Saturday? What are you going to do with your bag all day after you check out?

Since Chicago is not just a law school but is in fact The Law School, next time somebody asks what you're doing next year say, "I'm going to The Law School." If they ask which law school, go

I'm leaving Saturday. Not sure what I'm going to do with my bags...I'll figure that out later. I should only have a duffle bag and a backpack. So worse case scenario I just carry it around like a noob all day.Sentry wrote:Is anybody staying in a hotel and leaving Saturday? What are you going to do with your bag all day after you check out?

Dont know specifics on each hotel, but many will let you keep them there until you leave. I've done this a few times at different hotels over the years.rbarcelo9 wrote:I'm leaving Saturday. Dulc we might need a new form
- I think some people are saying "no I'm not ready for the rigor" and others are meaning "no I'm not attending".
