You can fax or email your ED agreement.LLB2JD wrote:Hello Folks, so I applied ED today. My agreement letter would probably take up to a week because I live in the UK, but nevertheless, I hope to receive a decision by the end end of the month so that I could hopefully camp out and live here the rest of the cycle..![]()

I applied while abroad in the UK and it didn't take my form too long to arrive. I also called to see if it was there, they confirmed they just received it that day, and I was accepted within 6 hours. Don't sweat it too much it shouldn't be that long.LLB2JD wrote:Hello Folks, so I applied ED today. I will return to freaking out, what section are you in BTW? PM me, I'm not sure if I know you.jawsthegreat wrote:My section just had two course evals posted, which means we will have grades in 11 of our 15 credits by the end of the night. Time to day drink.
Congrats!! That's awesome. I like the way UVA does things.ThreeYears wrote:IN!
Mr. Faulk told me on the phone that he was surprised to see me this morning when I delivered the contract, because they already made the decision to accept me earlier this week. Now the amazing part: he waived my ED contract so I will be able to compare the potential future financial packages from other schools![]()

I've been thinking about this myself. Maybe they'd already put him/her in the "system" as an RD acceptance and it was difficult/impossible to change it. <--- jaded.AssumptionRequired wrote:Wow this is incredible....ThreeYears wrote:IN!

Why would any admissions officer do this? I mean it is an amazing gesture, but is of ZERO benefit to the school lol

I emailed the agreement today, and they responded almost instantly with my tracking info e.t.c. This must be the most efficient admissions office ever. Now, the waiting begins.plenipotentiary wrote:You can fax or email your ED agreement.LLB2JD wrote:Hello Folks, so I applied ED today. By emailing the agreement, do you mean you printed/signed/scanned the document and emailed it to the office as an attachment? I mailed my ED form on Monday (from Florida) and still haven't received word of its arrival. I'd love to speed things up...LLB2JD wrote: I emailed the agreement today, and they responded almost instantly with my tracking info e.t.c. This must be the most efficient admissions office ever. Last year when I mailed mine on a Wednesday, the following monday I sent them an email confirming if the had it. They said they did, then called me on Tuesday informing me of my acceptance.leidice wrote:By emailing the agreement, do you mean you printed/signed/scanned the document and emailed it to the office as an attachment?
