Yup. It's on the admitted students' site.

Wait correct me if I'm wrong, but I what I found on the admitted students site is...

" If you would like us to consider financial need when determining your award, you must complete the Need Access Application online beginning January 1. The deadline for submitting the Need Access Application is February 1. We will begin to release awards in February to allow adequate time for you to complete the Need Access Application."

"The FAFSA, which is located at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov. The Law School's FAFSA code is E00377. The FAFSA will be available beginning January 1. If you would like a preliminary financial aid package by the end of March, you must compete the FAFSA by March 1 (please see the note on timing below)."

So does this mean the Feb 1 deadline only applies if you are seeking need-based, but if you just want to be considered for standard merit scholarship/loan offer, you have until March 1? Cause I definitely won't have all my tax docs to get the FAFSA out by Feb 1 (unless I hurry).

Anybody know why FAFSA is free but Need Access isnt? does anybody know if need access takes into account parental contribution?

I might be at that number too. The only complication being my gf might come to ASW with me, in which case she will not let me spend 3 hours at a Bulls game when there is a new city to explore and many touristy things left undone. Yes, I'm whipped. And yes, she's crazy.

I thought my admit packet would come in the mail today. The email from Dean Perry said they'd arrive around January 15th, but they came around the 25th last year. So I guess any day now....

My mom just called me to tell me her friend's kid got a 178 and 3.9x (probably, she said he got one B in college total) and just got into Harvard.

Then she let out a loud sigh.

Haha. Tell me about it. The loud sigh certainly stemmed from my dad having a dream of me getting into Harvard, and so they were upset that I withdrew after my ED app to Chicago. Because, you know, the dream was clearly prophetic and Harvard would certainly have ignored my 3.4 hail mary app.
