Oh yeah, I need to RSVP. Anyone have an idea on the Hilton rate/hotels? Want to split a room? I assume you all aren't psycho-killers.sarahlawg wrote:I just bought my ticket to ASW. Flying solo, I think. I'm a lot more nervous than I thought I'd be!

boy, that is rough.arism87 wrote:lol, some people call it red..Non-Chalant1 wrote:Random question. Arisma...do you really have red hair? Because every time I see your avi I'm reminded of this one girl I met in DC and then lost her number. Was it you LOL?
On another note, looking at my avi...I guess you can say Chicago is on my mind.
Basically, you totally got my number and then blew me off
I think I'm just going to stay with a student now that I am solo (was going to go with SO). I assume they're just going to tell me who I get placed with since it was embedded in the RSVP. Didn't put any interests to match up with though.JFo wrote: Oh yeah, I need to RSVP. Anyone have an idea on the Hilton rate/hotels? Want to split a room? I assume you all aren't psycho-killers.

The rate is $229/night, and that's with the code discount and the bloc of reserved rooms. I thought that was outrageously expensive so I opted to go with a student. PM if you want details.JFo wrote:Oh yeah, I need to RSVP. Anyone have an idea on the Hilton rate/hotels? Want to split a room? Yeah, completely OK. There is a huge range of what people wear to school, from sweats to suits. You'll fit in no matter what. I can understand wanting not wanting to be overly casual, but my best advice would be to wear what you feel most comfortable in. Dressy jeans are probably perfect.eskimo wrote:lolEmma. wrote:Shut it, Forza.

Re: Chicago Class of 2014
Chicago's placement was actually basically flat(+5 students in raw numbers) but their graduating class was 12 students less. It appears MV got absolutely rocked(-51 raw w/ 38 less grads and -39 w/ 31 less grads, respectively) probably a product of weak chicago and dc markets. Duke also had a big drop, probably same reason as UVA. Big positive movers are Cornell(+34 raw w/ slightly more grads), Harvard (+17 raw) and Penn(+14 raw w/ +14 grads).glitched wrote:those numbers look like they might be more than just minor differences in percentages...
