Can transfer applicants request fee waivers from schools?
Can transfer applicants send emails to schools to request fee waivers? Do schools generally grant fee waivers to transfer applicants? Thank you in advance!

Michigan gave me a fee waiver when I asked. It costs $0 to ask and can save you $80 or so. Risk < Reward.
