Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

NYU Under Review

Well, I told myself I wouldn't get sucked into overanalyzing UR status, but here I am!!!

So I am TT, 3.746, top ten percent, CALI, summer federal judicial externship. I have been UR1 since 6/22 but some people who were also UR1 since then or thereafter went to UR2. What does this mean? I figured if anything, I would be UR more times, since I am probably 40/60.

happy to over analyze with you! I'm concerned as well -- 3.856 at TT with UR3 6/22. Crickets since then!

I'm in the same boat! 3.89 GPA, T30, and stuck in UR1 since 6/15. Not sure what the UR changes mean, if anything.

Stuck at 6/15. 3.7+ T25, top 10%. Honestly I could not discern any distinct pattern of UR from previous threads. Only thing seems to be for sure is that UR WILL change on the day of admission, if admitted. I suspect that one last so-called UR is actually admin clicking the file for your phone numbers lol.

just went UR2 today. top 15-20 at regional TT, strong softs, also have a federal judicial internship this summer.

In by phone (and then email) yesterday!

I went UR1 sometime between June 20 - 25 (cant remember). This was before they marked my app complete. There were issues with my transcripts because my undergrad would not email them. I went complete and UR2 on June 30. I went UR3 on July 2 and was admitted on July 2.

T25, 3.8x, strong softs. No NY ties.

Finally had movement today (on a Sunday, which seems weird).

UR1 6/15; UR2 7/19.

Anyone else?

Stats: T30, 3.89GPA.
