Stats: T-30 law school with 3.44 GPA - below 25th for all schools (except Cornell)?
Softs: I have two years of professional experience in finance, a CPA license, and use my personal statement to discuss my specific interest in tax law.
Should I fire off a few applications to Cornell, Georgetown, and Northwestern or move on and target T20 instead?

Someone posted on here that they got into Georgetown from a T4 with a 3.3 GPA so I think its worth a shot. Northwestern may be more tricky. I suggest you apply broadly and look at T20 schools such as Vanderbilt.
Good luck!
