Anonymous Posting

Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.

Law School Transfer

UGPA: 3.3
LSAT: 155

Current Law School: T4
1L GPA: 3.3
Rank: 45/171 (Fall class ranks only/pending new ranks)
Dean's List: Fall & Spring

Note: I was dismissed from law school for not meeting the 1L GPA requirement in 2017. I got a 2.23 but the minimum requirement after the completion of 1L was 2.33. However, I got back into another law school and redid 1L and ended up with a 3.3.

I would like to apply to Emory, UofFL, Fordham, Cardozo and possibly Georgetown (just to give it a shot).

Anyone thinks I have a realistic chance at any of the above schools? I am afraid my academic dismissal will hurt my application.
