What are chances?
I finished 1L with a 3.75 (top 10%) at a school ranted 50-60. Looking to transfer to NYU, Georgetown or Penn (and possibly Columbia but that seems like a long shot). Strong softs if that matters at all.

I think the conventional wisdom on your position is probably:
GULC: lock
NYU: very good shot
Penn: harder to say because they do seem to like people with connections to the area, but I think your grades are definitely sufficient.
Columbia: Maybe a bit of a reach but I really wouldn’t count yourself out.
