Late spring grades

I just found out this web and thought I wanted to ask something...
Does anyone know anything about late spring grades submission?
My spring grades have not come out yet and I wonder how admission will see it.
Do they decline students right after the deadline if the transcript is incomplete?
I called them and they said if I submit as soon as they are ready, it is fine, but I am not sure whether I should keep them updated now...
(Still incomplete)

Would appreciate any insights :(
