Same. I tell myself to do at least an hour of work and then reward myself by checking my email/this site and then I last like five minutes.

Indeed!

Good luck to everybody! I know my odds are lousy but I hope that others make it in and do some great things with the degree and connections.

Any movement yet? How late did calls begin going out in previous years?

2016: 4pm EST (this seems like an outlier compared to most prior years, where calls started in the morning)

2017: 12pm EST

Aw shucks. I was really hoping to hear tomorrow.
Same! I also have a deposit deadline tomorrow so I'd love to know by then.....Sigh.
I already put in my full deposit for GULC and I'd really love not to have to drop anymore money before knowing from all schools I applied to :/ Part of me is holding on to the unrealistic hope that they just said that as a formality and they might still release decisions tomorrow lol.

EDIT: Also I was looking back at previous threads and in the 2016 one someone made a phone call to admissions and was told they wouldn’t release decisions until mid-July and that same night phone calls started going out, so they might be trained just to recite the “mid-July” bit as a formality. This might mean nothing but I'm holding on to any shred of hope I can
I was just about to say the same thing happened in 2016. I think they might release tomorrow, or at least next Monday?
I've got my fingers crossed for tomorrow. If the resume review deadline is next Friday at HLS and we're supposed to have a week to decide if we're gonna deposit, it would make a lot of sense to get it out tomorrow so that we have that week to decide and will still meet the deadline.
Oh is that their deadline for their OCI?
No, I believe it's the deadline to have the career services office review resumes. It would be a shame to get in and not get HLS feedback on a resume before bidding for EIW/OCI

I feel like that’s no use because they seem to be trained to recite the same thing to everyone

Yeah, I suppose “early July” could mean July 9th or 10th even.

Ugh this is so annoying - the waiting is killing me. I would really appreciate someone calling them to check (or maybe they are following our thread anyways?)

I called about half an hour ago and the person I spoke with said that decisions would come out next week. But in 2016, they said the same thing and then released decisions on that Thursday so I don't know.

Well I guess we all got nothing done today, and need to waste another day on Monday - hopefully just one more...

My anxiety levels keep rising with each weekday that passes without news.

What do we think is the likelihood of hearing back Monday v. later in the week?

I’d be shocked if we don’t hear back Monday.

Does anyone know if they call to let us know either way? Or only if we're in?

I think they only call if you are in, and ding people by emails. I am not 100% sure though, so please correct me if I am wrong.
