Assess My Transfer Chances
Hello! I am applying to transfer from a T40-50. I have a 3.7X and am in the top 10%. I have sent apps to GTown, Berk, NYU, and Chicago. I figure I have a realistic chance at GT and NYU. What do y'all think my chance are at B and C?

Based on what I saw from my 1st law school (which was also ranked similarly to yours), you have a very good chance at UCB. I know people with lower stats than you who got in, at least in previous years. I'm unsure about this year.
Chicago I am not as sure about because I don't know as many people who have transferred there, but I believe a 3.7 is at least above their 50th percentile transfer GPA (double check me on their ABA 509 though) so sounds like you at least have a chance!

Was at the same range of school last year with a 3.52 (top 17%). You're essentially a lock at Gtown. I got waitlisted at NYU and withdrew, but I think you have a pretty solid shot there.
