Hello,
I recently finished my 1L year with a 3.23 gpa, ranked 28/226 (Top 12%) from a T4 school. Do I have a chance of getting accepted into Emory's law program?

You can check the 509 report and see, though 3.23 sounds pretty low (must be a crazy harsh curve...). At the end of the day though, you're top 12%, so certainly worth the application. Hopefully you've put in a app at this point, so I guess just wait and see.
Good luck!
EDIT- just took a look at the 509, you actually look like you're in real good shape. You're above their median, should be able to get in. Go for it
