Pretty sure Cornell doesnt let transfers participate in OCI, but someone else should correct me if I am wrong.

According to Cornells website "Yes, the Career Services Office will do its best to accommodate transfer students' participation in the Fall Recruitment Program if timing permits." It would seem as if transfers are allowed although I'm not 100% sure Fall Recruitment Program = OCI

"if timing permits" - i think usually by the time transfers are admitted, the bidding deadline has passed.

But, as pointed out above, Cornell may not (in practice) allow transfers to participate in OCI. That's something OP should double-check with Cornell's admissions office, but if that's true, then that would weigh heavily in favor of Georgetown. The main advantage of transferring is getting to participate in the transfer school's OCI.zg43 wrote:Why? Cornell is a way better schoolBryant.cullen wrote:I would pick Georgetown

If OCI is getting bumped back to January, I'd imagine transfers will be able to participate in OCI. The deadlines may well be pushed back for bids, etc., which I think have historically been the obstacle to transfers participating.
