Hi all, I have two questions here:
1. Is it advisable to attach a writing sample as an addendum? I've heard from transfer applicants who have done this, but have not seen it required or mentioned by schools
2. Also, is it ever advisable to attach an unofficial transcript to the application, assuming that official transcripts will arrive after the application deadline?

1. I don't think so. I think it's better to be brief and send only what's required. What would be the benefit of doing this?
2. Yes, definitely, but only once--don't send them an update every time you get a new grade.
