UC Berkeley Transfer Housing

Post by Anonymous User » Thu Jun 30, 2016 12:17 pm

I was looking at Berkeley housing, and most of the affordable, "luxury" places would need at least 2 people. I was thinking we can use this topic to roommate match? I figured most transfers who just got into Boalt would strictly look at this forum and not other sections of TLS, hence why I started this topic here.

As for me, my budget is around 2k/month for everything, preferably furnished apt. Anyone interested?

I'm looking for housing as well. I don't want to be too far from campus. My budget is around $1200/month.

I'm still waiting to hear from a few schools, but it's likely I end up at Berkeley. If so, I'll also need a roommate or two, and my budget is also around $1,200/month.

Also looking for housing.

I don't mind having to commute and would rather not live on/very close to campus as to avoid the whole undergrad party scene. PM me if interested.

Preferably around $1200 as well. (That's such a depressingly high number :( )

Hey guys,

Enrolled at Berkeley. Looking for housing also, 23 y/o male. Was planning to live in a studio solo dolo, but if you guys get a house together and need another, I'd definitely be down. lmk

edit: probably spending 1700 month for studio unless something else happens, like a transfer house. Would be kind of epic

Berkeley resident here going to New York for law school. This means my room will be available by about August 20th (date negotiable). It's a big living room (separate from the rest of the apartment) in a one-bedroom. For now it's going for $1095. Anyone is welcome to inquire. PM me if you're interested!
