Check they Yale 509s. No transfers from the Boston schools in the last couple years I know, but dunno prior to that. Common wisdom is that outside the T14 you need #1 and some stellar softs.
Edit: But they take like 10-15 a year, so who really knows given that sample size.

Barring some unlucky miracle, you'll get Harvard. Nobody can chance you for Yale. Outside of the t14, you never know. Even in the t14, they'll surprise you. You have a shot but there are no guarantees.

Yes to H. U should negotiate a scholarship to attend BU for free. That would be the best outcome.

Are you likely to get in? Probably not. Are your odds good enough that it's worth your time and the application fee to apply? Yes.

Yup. Do yourself the favor and minimize that debt load. Graduating at the top of your class from BU > starting over and paying more for H/Y. At least imo.
