In the midst of recruitment and the typical law related busy schedule, I wonder if I should even attempt transferring out to any better schools.
T20 : 3.2 : ~25th percentile of class.
Could I lateral transfer to UCLA or USC?
Is it even worth the hassle? Will my application immediately be denied effectively wasting my time or do I have a decent chance because of personal ties (upbringing/family) to LA?

If your GPA doesn't place you in the top 15%, then I think you're wasting your time.

I disagree with this. 25% from a T20 should definitely get you in at UCLA. Am I missing something? Are you saying you are top 75%?Nebby wrote:If your GPA doesn't place you in the top 15%, then I think you're wasting your time.

Yeah 3.2 has to be bottom 25%, or top 75%.
