Chances at transferring to CCN + Penn?
Hi everyone, I am wondering what you think my chances are of transferring into CCN or Penn. I go to one of the schools ranked #50. I am in the top 3%. Multiple book awards. Journal Experience. Straight As. Strong UG GPA. Could get strong LORs from professors. I am just looking to see what my chances are without getting into the cost / benefits of: scholarship money / geographic concerns / employment concerns. Thanks in advance for your input.

You're almost certainly able to get into at least one of those schools. Also apply to H.
