I'm on the waitlist and havent heard anything at all, looks like nobody has either. According to the previous years threads, it looks like people hear around the 28/29 and are either admitted, rejected, or notified that they are still on the waitlist as one of the few candidates that Georgetown is "still interested in". Seems like GT plays the same games every year, stringing you on until August only to ultimately reject you right before classes start.

Understanding that it means, and adds, nothing: I spoke with Admissions yesterday and they said "I'd love to say we would have an answer on Friday, but I can't say that."

So maybe some movement on Friday, but probable not.

I'd bet someone hears something next week. Looking back, it seems like there is movement the last full week of July.

That would make sense. I applied very late and was waitlisted. In the letter they indicated a final determination would be made no later than 29 July (next Friday).

I think deposits might be due Monday? Which is likely why they promised hearing something by next Friday.

Yes, they have a way for people who were admitted in late to participate. I am a a PT student, so not worried about it until next year.
