Anonymous Posting
Anonymous posting is only available to the creator of each thread. The anonymous posting feature is intended to permit the solicitation of anonymous advice regarding the transfer application process, chances of being accepted, etc. Unacceptable uses include: testing the feature, questions which are clearly fake or hypothetical in nature, harassing other users, etc. Posters should also read and understand the announcements posted at the top of the Transfers forum prior to using the anonymous feature.
Failure to follow these rules will get you outed, warned, or banned.

haha at least your seeing some movement on your application! My address already had "apartment" and "street" spelled out and "Full Time" so I can't even tell if anything has happened with my application yet

I feel like this week we should see USA added to some on the status checker and backdoor like Nebby said earlier. Just my hunch. Seems like all the prep is done just a matter of making the decisions/posting them. I could be wrong but I hope not. Finals coming fast and I need to stop obsessing over this
Amen to this! Finals are coming and if you are deferred to the regular cycle then at least you will have good grades to have some hope. So I'm just going to study hard and forget this.
Also other schools are opening their transfer applications in May so there are many other options ahead.

I think my backdoor worked.
I got the email with a username and password! But it doesn't let me actually log in with the username and pw. Is this normal? According to Nebby in the 2015 EA transfer post it is...
"Yeah, you'll get a temporary password. The password won't work until a few days later (mine took four days before I could actually log in using the password), but as long as it gives you a password then you're good."
Anyone else get backdoor?!

OMG IT WORKED FOR ME TOO! ENTERED MY LAST NAME AND EMAIL AND IT SAYS "Your Username and Password were successfully sent to your email address."
!!!!
Stats: T4(they take a few kids from my school every year according to 509), 3.98, Top 2%
Congrats EncyclopediaOrange and River113 and good luck to the rest!
Just curious as to why backdoor came first before seeing "USA" added to status checker....or any change on there at all for that matter.

Didn't work for me so I'm deferred. I was pretty much expecting that. Guess I'm not going T14, but I'm going T20 somewhere-- and I'm good with that.

No I have not. But I read from last year that if you are part time and apply to both they may take longer to tell you the decision because they want to know where it is most convenient to put you.

is the backdoor thing working at the same day? those whose backdoor worked, do you have address updated? and those whose backdoor not working, your address on status check was not updated?
